Approved returns will be inspected upon receipt, and any fees or refunds will be processed accordingly. 2.2 Warranty Coverage: All products sold by Flavr Studio are covered by a manufacturer's warranty against material defects, as specified by the brand or manufacturer. Warranty periods and conditions are detailed on the respective product or brand's website. Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, unauthorised modifications, or external factors (e.g., accidents, weather). How to Claim: Contact Flavr Studio at hello@flavrstudios.com.au with proof of purchase and details of the defect. Flavr Studio will facilitate the warranty claim with the manufacturer or supplier. Repairs, replacements, or refunds will be processed as per the manufacturer’s warranty terms. 2.3 Refund Policy Refund Eligibility: Refunds are available for products: That arrive defective or damaged. That cannot be repaired or replaced under warranty. Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval. Non-Refundable Cases: Change of mind. Products returned outside the specified timeframe or in unsaleable condition. Products damaged by misuse or unauthorised modifications. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval. 2.4 Inspection at Delivery Customers must inspect products upon receipt. Failure to notify Flavr Studio of defects or issues within 7 days will be considered acceptance of the product. 2.5 Legal Compliance This policy complies with Australian Consumer Law, which guarantees remedies for faulty or misrepresented goods.
