Cancellation Policy
Keep an eye out for a "FLAVR STUDIOS: INSTRUCTIONS" email. Studio Policy Clean shoes in cyclorama. Events without approval are prohibited. Lost or stolen property will encounter fees. No food or drinks near equipment or cyclorama. Ensure roller door is closed & locked at end of your session. Ensure sliding door is locked with key back in lockbox. Damage & Cleaning fees can apply for damage to the cyclorama. CANCELATION POLICY: Please book with care as studio bookings are NON refundable. If unforeseen circumstances prevent you from honouring your original booking, you can notify us about rescheduling a session up-to 12hrs out.
